Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

These Terms apply to the services of ClavisFlow AI Agency (Registration number: 99349418, OIB: 38601509790). By using ClavisFlow services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide AI-driven voice automation services intended for business use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our voice agents complies with local telemarketing and privacy laws.

2. AI Disclosure and Call Recording

Callers must be told they are speaking with an AI agent. Where the law requires consent to record calls, you are responsible for making sure callers are informed and give that consent.

3. AI Performance

While our AI is highly advanced, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in every interaction. ClavisFlow is not liable for "hallucinations" or unexpected responses given by the AI agents. We provide tools for you to monitor and adjust scripts regularly.

4. Fees and Payment

Services are billed according to your service agreement. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of your AI agents. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The underlying AI technology remains the property of ClavisFlow. You retain ownership of the specific scripts, CRM data and customer recordings generated through your account.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
